What this site is

Published research and free calculators about buying property in Colombia, plus introductions to third-party brokers. We are not a law firm, an accountancy practice, an immigration consultancy, or a licensed real estate brokerage in Colombia or anywhere else.

Nothing here is legal, tax, immigration or investment advice, and reading it creates no professional relationship. Property purchase and residency decisions carry real financial and legal consequences and warrant paid advice from professionals accountable to you.

About the figures

Amounts tied to the Colombian minimum wage change annually by decree, and immigration requirements change by resolution. We publish a verified date and sweep the figures each January, but we cannot guarantee that any figure is current at the moment you read it. Confirm anything you are relying on.

The calculators

The threshold check and money-in check are estimation tools running on inputs you supply. They are not a determination of visa eligibility, a valuation, a tax computation, or a promise of return. Output quality depends entirely on input quality.

Referrals

We receive a fee from brokers for introductions that lead to a transaction. You pay us nothing. We are not party to any agreement you enter with a broker, agent, developer, seller or professional adviser, and we are not responsible for their conduct or performance. Vetting a broker does not make us their guarantor — do your own due diligence.
